A TRIBUTE TO HOUDINI (1987): Magician John Calvert performs a set (with some additional footage), of which only a couple of tricks evoke Houdini. Calvert isn't bad, but this is nothing special; best part is vintage footage of a young Mickey Rooney as an audience plant. Not really a bad movie, but it's an extra in the Ormond set so... 2/5.

JUNE CARR: THE VIRTUAL VAUDEVILLIAN (1987): An aged June Carr performs a few vaudeville routines in front of a clumsy green screen, with clips of her glory days acting alongside Bob Hope and Lash Larue. Intended by Tim Ormond as a tribute to his mother, who was more talented than her work with the Ormond Organization would lead you to believe, it's sweet but not especially engaging; on the plus side, she doesn't mention Jesus once. Another Ormond box set extra, only 30 minutes. 2/5.

My job at camp comes under the police wing. We aren't police ourselves but they are on our chain of command. Since I started working there we've had a number of incidents where we could use support from them. Sometimes they turn up, sometimes we can't get them to even answer the damn phone. Either way, when we do get them quite often we'll get a complaint from their management that their staff might be on call but they are not on duty (whatever the hell that means). There are a lot of things we simply don't have the legal right to do, whereas they can (and indeed it is there job).

Anyway, last night when I arrived at work, there was a police flight sergeant sitting in the office. This is the first time I've seen him in 8 months I've been in this job. He wanted to speak to the entire shift. It turned out that some sweets went missing from police HQ and he wanted to know if any of us had ate them.

Good job whoever it was didn't touch the donuts then.

58/100. I keep getting an error that's keeping me from submitting my votes...

Some of my stuff.

want.

I have an F13 t shirt... once I was wearing it out and some guy I walked past on the pavement started making the "ch...ch...ch...ch... sh...sh....sh..." noise . (at least I think he did? it was weird)

other memrobilia: a THE BEAST MUST DIE promo poster, and a signed photo of Tom Chadbon who played Paul in it... think that's everything.

wouldn't mind owning the briefcase from PULP FICTION.

can anyone identify the movie in the picture? https://www.instagram.com/p/C7S7bu-MUC4/  I'm guessing it's recent to 1983

Earth is visited by a GIANT ANTIMATTER SPACE BUZZARD! Gawk at the amazingly bad bird puppet, or chuckle over the silly dialog. This is one of the greatest b-movies ever made.
