I'm taking a short break from classical music.

Au - Verbs.  If you know Animal Collective, they sound a lot like them, only more focused musically (but still wild to most ears).  Sample: RR v. D.

Johnny Cash - American V: A Hundred Highways

Sample: Like the 309

And, I hate to spit in the nacho dip, guys, but... "The Wall" underrated?  It's one of the top 4 selling albums of all time!

G'head, spit.  It's not about sales.  Of course that album sold well.  But, it was not well received critically when it came out, is still berated by 21st century writers, and even fans have long complained about this two LP set.  'Course we all bought it.  Then most of us whined.  If you were a diehard FLOYD fan, you'd understand.

I didn't even know Brak had an album.  I have the two Space Ghost Coast to Coast albums, which I listen to fairly regularly.  The Brak Show was underrated, in my opinion.

I just listened to The Wall the other night too.  I used to have all the lyrics memorized...I think I still do  TeddyR

Never heard anyone say anything bad about it, we all worshipped it.  Of course I never read what critics have to say.  I once bought an album based on a critic's fawning review, I couldn't even make it past the second song.

St. Matthew's Passion (excerpts) - Bach Collegium Japan

Sample: Part 1: 27A. Aria: So ist mein Jesus nun gefangen (Soprano, Alto, Chorus) / 27B. Sind Blitze, sind Donner in Wolken verschwunden? (Chorus)

On "The Wall": I'll admit, I hate it.  Maybe I burnt myself out on it as a teenager, when for some reason I used to really connect with the story of a rich, adulated rock star who complained about everything.  Sounds whiny to me today.  I love the three previous albums, though.

You know I forgive you... ROGER WATERS certainly explored that theme quite a bit in his writing...
I was listening to RICKY NELSON Ricky Sings Again reissued with Songs By Ricky (a nice pair):

It's listening and watching ... I love these guys.

When we have scrap 3", 4" and 6" PVC pipe we'll goof around with sounds. I do not see a tour in our future, oh well.
