Some good stuff on here, lots of it from artists I would never buy a full CD of (like Ann-Margaret or Mel Torme). Has Cal Tjader's "Soul Sauce" single, Jack McDuff, Mose Allison too.

I believe there must be a first volume but I've never found it; I have that one (Vol 2?) and the next Vol 3... that MEL TORME track "Comin' Home Baby" was his only charting Top 40 hit.

Looks like it's out of print. I don't recognize a lot of the music on it.

I know Im an old f**k-but in 1970-I live in Michigan-my dad-worked for some bank-the repossessed as**t.
He brought home a poster from some hippy joint. It was the Stooges-I looked all over for Moe and his freinds. It was a big poster of hippies.
This was 1970.
Now.....its 1969...baby...I hate this world.

I grew up in the 80s and 90s.  In the 90s, there was third-wave ska, a ska-punk hybrid.  I love it.  LOVE.  Reel Big Fish was one of the bigger bands then.
