I use tiktok mainly to watch local food stuff, recipe videos or paranormal, bigfoot and ufo related things.
However, it is a haven for vain people, stupid people with big egos, sheer stupidity, repetitive background music, silly trends and lots of dancing. I honestly don't understand why people feel the need to dance all the time. They do dance when it is something viral, yes, but they also dance when there is nothing viral.

tiktok does a good job at keeping out hate speech and racism as I haven't stumbled on any yet. They do seem to allow conspiracy nuts and QAnon idiot videos to some extent, but I'm only guessing.
I had no clue that in alternative news Tom Hanks is a pedophile now living in Greece, Meryl Streep sold her soul to the devil and Oprah eating trafficked kids. Hilarious. There is also a weird Chrissy Teigen conspiracy. She is a satanist, pedo, and cannibal. And of course everyone is connected to Epstein.

the clone conspiracies do crack me up.
Then there are self-acclaimed timetravelers always predicting the worst for humans or what weirdness to expect in the year 2047. Of course they never have proof of anything they say.
Anyway, tiktok can be a fun timewaster depending on what you want to see. Anybody use it?
