I found this free service called With.Us (quite accidentally) which will allow you to build and host a website for free. The website builder is too easy to use and has hundreds of templates preloaded. They also have forums (very basic), photo pages, blogs (again, very basic), guestbooks, and more that you can add to your site easily. This is ideal for someone who wants a website but does not konw how to build one; if you can use a basic word processor, you can build a website. There presently are no ads.
