Why don't we have pictures that go next to our names and crap like most Message Boards?

Avatars on Message Boards can be fun. Or not. I'm not too sure I'd want to see what most folks here would use for theirs... ;)

Avatars, that's what they're called. I couldn't remember. I would have a Piranha, Space Ghost, Thunderclease, or the Trix Rabbit shotting an AK-47.

Space Ghost was cool back in the day. Before they turned him into a stand-up comic/talk host. ;)

That reminds me, di anyone watch Adult Swim last night? That Space Ghost with Ice-T is one of the of the funniest Space Ghost episodes I've seen.

SG was quite impressive, especially in 1966. Haven't seen what they've done to him now, and frankly I'd prefer to stick with the genuine article. :)

The program I use for the Message Board does not support avatars; it does support user profiles if I turn on the "must be registered user" function.  I much prefer it this way though, with no registration required.

The Oringinal Space Ghost is cool, just like Spider Man and other super heros are cool. They are cool for the Action. Space Ghost Coast To Coast if funny. Some magazine at B&N had S.G on the cover, they said it is the funniest show on television, I agree with them. If you haven't seen Space Ghost Coast To Coast yet, watch it on Thursday from 11:30 to 12:00. Just watch it, even if you don't like it at first. Give it a chance. At 11:45 the one with Ice-T will b e on. If you don't like it watch on Sunday too. It will be different episodes. Just watch it on Sunday too to see if you change your mind. Also try to watch Aqua Teen Hunger Force, it's on Sunday at 11:00. The Brak Show is also very funny, but don't watch it on Thursday, for it is the worst episode. I wish you could buy Space Ghost Coast To Coast and the original Space Ghost on tape. They sould make a Space Ghost Companion, they have enough material. They have the '66 and '81 shows, the bralk show and Space Ghost C. To C. which has been on since '95, and still has new episodes.  Please check it out Kolos. Only a cool person could like the original Space Ghost. Oh yeah, thanks for giving me the cool site Kolos. It is awsome.

I don't have cable. Not even a good antenna. :(

I do a killer SG impression, however...but I'm not quite as good as Gary Owens. ;)

I didn't know that. It's not that bad not having cable if you have never had it before, but if you had it then don't have it, it sucks.I'm sorry, but watch it when you get a chance

I actually had cable for about 20 years, starting in something like 1970, but decided I didn't want it anymore when I got married in '91. Recently, I tried to talk the Wife Unit into allowing me to get cable (mostly so I could see AMC and TV Land) but when I learned that AMC had started cutting into their movies, I concluded that I didn't want it after all. It's gotten pretty expensive, too.  At this point, I'd rather spring for DSL than get cable for TV...

Cheers,

Kolos :)

Space Ghost was cool as a super hero, and thats what makes SG:CTC so great. Like Leslie Neilson, the macho image makes for lots of funny. On of my faves. was "Cookoff" With Emerial Lagassie and M. Yan. Adult swim is makeing my vcr get a work out.....its almost the only reason to have a vcr, these days. Oh, and "Pilot", with "Birdman : CTC. ....ah, so much ham ,and cheese......

AMC does cut into their movies now, but only once every two hours, or in the middle of the movie.  Kind of like an intermision. And the cormercial break is only two comercials long, making it about 45 sec to a 1min. I like it becaus I can go to the bathroom now. If you were watching  Creature from The Black Lagoon(which is 79 min) There would be a c.b at 40 mintues. If you were watching the Godfather (5 hours) there would be three c.b .(this formula doesn't apply for tv shows, like the three stooges)

that's most likely because it's recorded off a laserdisc which you have to flip over halfway through the movie and they're too damn lazy to get it on cue
