The Darwin Awards are hilarious.  I remember first reading about these years and years ago, and I always get a chuckle from the stupid ways people meet their doom/seriously hurt themselves, especially when there's plenty of irony involved.

I too am a big fan of The Darwin Awards but I'm going to wait for the flick to come out on video.  Apparently it isn't too good.  A lot of the reviews that came out of Sundance said it wasn't very funny and was quite cheap looking.

There are a lot of fairly well known actors in the movie. Might be worth a watch.
