Help with a movie title..

Looking for  a movie title for a old black and white flick from the 50's? Plot was the dead were coming back to life ,and involded a scientist holed up in a underground lab to study the problem. During the course of the study he managed to capture a zombie by traping it in a hole he dug, filled with a liquid plastic. The plastic sealed in the body of the deceased a spirit that he had deduced was inhabiting the bodies of the recently departed... He took the body back to the lab to a isolating cell and removed the plastic. The brave scientist then and had a ghost in his aquarium..  P.S. also when traviling outside the lab he wore a radiation suit driving a jeep....Thanks for any help.
