This weekend I made a trip to Best Buy with plans to only get a movie (Used Cars), and like usual I ended up with 4 movies. I shouldn't bring my check card into Best Buy because I always find extra movies there.
Used Cars - Finally got the opportunity to upgrade my beat up VHS copy to dvd.
The Boneyard - I had no clue this had been released on dvd and at $10 I found it to be a decent purchase even though the movie can drag a bit during the first half
Bloodsucking Pharoahs in Pittsburgh - I love this movie, a steal at $10, it has a commentary track, deleted scenes, and interviews, but surprisingly lack a trailer.
Wet Hot American Summer - Made by the people that are formerly in The State (The comedy show that used to be on Mtv), didn't know what to expect but I found it to be pretty funny.
Also on a related note, I talked with a lady there because I was looking for the new Lexx dvd and couldn't find it let alone any lexx dvd and she said that they have stopped carrying those discs. That was a bummer, because the only other place I live near that sells them is suncoast and there aren't worth $30. I also noticed that another best buy I visited while on vacation last month didn't have lexx dvd's either, so I guess she's telling the truth.
