This movie feels rare now, can't find it in any video store ANYWHERE. It'd be nice if I got it on DVD, then I'd be so happy.

Bad Taste is one of the greatest movies ever made.

Never fails to get me laughing hysterically.

I just love this movie, it's pure chic. I do love the evil dead trilogy & I can't really decide whether chopper chicks in zombie town, or, nazi surfer's must die (troma.. but the people that will read this probably know that already) are better than bad taste. But when I think about it, i just remember the freaky monkey rat thing and think to myself bad taste has it all. A wonderously funny film that takes it back to grass groots gore. I love the creativity of the SFX, it's all too easy these days with technology. These guys made a cracking film that will be loved for a long time, by all generations. BRAVO!!!!

I had a little trouble finding this movie at first but I finally found it on eBay.

Well, I'm currently waiting for Bad Taste as we speak .... looks great from some of the previews.  I'll be sure to provide my 2 cents when I watch it.

Available on DVD everyone! I'm lucky enough to have a place that rents such things, but I'll be buying my own copy soon enough.

Instant classic. Period.

I do hope you read this before the long list of spoilers preceeding it, telling someone why this movie was so great ruins the shock factor.

And what a shock factor. My faith in 80s schlock is fully renewed.

You forgot at, 29 Minuites- Watch bottom left hand of the screen as he hits the ground. You can see the bucket the blood splatters from. Loved it!!!!
Also, I never thought the weaver stance would be used off the range.

All you have to do is watch the Shelob sequence in LOTR and it's obvious Peter Jackson got his start in horror movies.

I loved this movie from the start. I even did a double take when I saw Lord of the Rings and saw Wingnut Films in the creadits "WTF?"
But I'm supprised no one has mentioned to look out for the blood at 29 min. When Derek hits the rocks and the blood splatters, look at the bottom right corner of the screen. Nice buckett shot!

The Mill Creek set CHILLING CLASSICS has it, along with 49 other gems. With shipping, I paid around $14 from Amazon.

If it's true what they say, that GOD created us in His image, then why should we not love creating, and why should we not continue to do so, as carefully and ethically as we can, on whatever scale we're capable of?

The choice is simple; refuse to create, and refuse to grow, or build, with care and love.
