Description: Gigantic antimatter space buzzard (as big as a battleship no less).

Sorry to interrupt, but are you sure about the size?  Can you quote one of the characters describing the creature being "as big as a battleship?"

The FDA has been looking for a generic name for Viagra. After careful consideration by a team of government experts, it recently announced that it has settled on the generic name of Mycoxafloppin. Also considered were Mycoxafailin, Mydixadrupin, Mydixarizin, Dixafix, and of course, Ibepokin.

Characters and the Narrator.

From IMD ...

Sally: Did he say what it was?
Gen. Van Buskirk: Yes, he did. A bird. A bird as big as a Battleship...

--

Narrator: Once more a frantic pilot radios in a report on a UFO. A bird. A bird as big as a Battleship!

--

Sally: If felt like something collided with us up there!
Mitch MacAfee: Yeah, a flying Battleship that wasn't there."

--

Sally: Oh, nothing so domestic as a flying saucer, officer. Just a flying Battleship.
Police Officer: Well, have a good time with your flying Battleship.

--

Sally: Oh, come off it, Mitch, you've done enough harm with your flying Battleship...

--

Sally: Well, flying Battleships, pink elephants, same difference.
Mitch MacAfee: I said it looked like a Battleship, not that it was a Battleship.

--

Narrator: Something, he didn't know what, but something as big as a Battleship has just flown over and past him."

--

Seems they really wanted to drive home that "big as a battleship" point.

Name: Krites

Filmography: Critters (1986), Critters 2 (1988), Critters 3 (1991), Critters 4 (1992)

Quote: RRAaachhhRRAAarrcccHHH!!

Description: A small, round and furry creature from outer space. These creatures are known for being extremely ravinous considering their carnivorous appetites.

Aside from their rows of sharp, dagger-like teeth, the krites can also shoot spines out from their backs in order to stun their prey thus giving them the chance to move in for the kill.

These little critters have also been known to form a giant "critterball", the result of a large pack gathering together and and latching on to eachother to form a gigantic ball that will consume any creature unfortunate enough to get in the way.
