when a government program doesn't work, so instead of getting rid of it, they either throw more money at it, or create a new government program to try & fix the the previous one, and so on and so forth............

For some reason, I've been getting into internet based music like Vaporwave, Signalwave and Mallsoft. They draw on sampled music and sounds from the 80s and 90s to create a sense of nostalgia; Mallsoft even has big echoey muzak like you would hear in a shopping mall from the 80s and 90s. I don't like all of it, but some is fun from a dreamy, trippy perspective. Some is nice for dozing off, giving you interesting dreams before you pop back into consciousness.

Something I like a lot more are the various ambience tracks posted on YouTube. This is a three hour montage of sounds and music from Blade Runner. It's amazing to listen to with headphones and just read a book or study to.
