Who's listening?  I can't believe that BARBRA STREISAND is missing from The Rolling Stone Album Guide (the most recent edition 2004)... what???  They are WAY DOPEY over there.  Even if you do not like STREISAND (and I can't claim to be any kind of fan) how could one of the top 5 voices of the 20th century be overlooked (and they do include TONY BENNETT, who belongs in there, but... but...)???

Interesting, but I wish someone had paid more attention to the recording technology.  It sound like you're listening to it from one room over.
