Picked up a CD by Shy England (aka Shy) from a local thrift store this PM - "MISSPENT YOUTH" from 1990. Never heard the band before but the name rang a bell and it was cheap.  TeddyR Only listened to the first track so far but it sounds pretty good.

Ahhh, the '80s. When manly men with girly hair performed their hard rockin' anthems from the upper levels of unfinished skyscrapers on a daily basis....  TongueOut

Brand X - Moroccan Roll

I'm unashamedly a fan of much of Phil Collins' solo work and latter day Genesis, but I do wish he'd venture into cool stuff like this again.

I've got that same recording!  It's been a while since I've listened to any Prokofiev, I need to get around to it.

Hey Circus - now that I listen to this track, it rings a bell, I'm sure that I must have heard Shy before somewhere. They're one of those bands who were around forever (or so it seemed), used to read about'em in the U.K. rock mags all the time, but just never got round to checking them out while they were current.

That "Misspent Youth" CD I picked up on a whim is pretty decent hard rock/AOR by the way, definitely worth the 50 cents I paid for it.

I understand that the singer (Tony Mills) is in the Norwegian band TNT nowadays.
