HELP WITH MOVIE TITLE

I SAW PART OF A MOVIE AND NEED TO KNOW THE NAME OF IT. IT WAS ABOUT THIS WOMAN WHO MEETS THIS RICH GUY, THEY END UP SLEEPING TOGETHER AND THE NEXT DAY HE IS GONE. SHE IS TOLD THAT HE LEFT, SHE IS p**sED THEN HE FLIES IN ON A HELICOPTER AND PROPOSES TO HER. THE GET MARRIED AND SHE FINDS OUT THAT HE IS CONTROLING. PLEASE HELP ME!!

i dont know i didnt get that far into the movie, the girl is a blonde actress and i cant think of who she is. she is at a confrence with her boss and ends up sleeping with the guy on the first night

maybe the 90's or 00, i saw the movie on tv, i have been spending hours trying to figue this out. the actress has been in other things just cant think of what. when she arives at the mans house she is met by his sister, she is then taken to thier security department and finds out that they know all about her. the man had been married before, and i think he killed the other wife.

Did it have Rebecca DeMornay in it?  Back when I had a huge crush on her, I watched a movie similar to what you describe with her in it.  Let me look it up on the IMDB.
