OMG!  My oldest some found his cat. Last time we saw the cat was two months ago when my mother-in-law's dog chased it out of the house during a snow storm. My wife and I had assumed the cat was dead despite my one saying that he'd seen him. We were outside kicking the soccer ball around when he said "There's my cat!". I went with him to loom and sure enough it was. So we grabbed him and brought him home.

One thing about The Shining that always bugged me...
It takes place over the Fall & Winter seasons, with the job presumably meant to last through Spring...

Awesome Jerry Springer style reveal with this girl I'd sort of been seeing. I never added her to my contacts because I think I knew deep down something was up. Her new / concurrant boyfriend thinks she's this saint. I could really blow his mind with texts from as late as this week but I won't.

Nice to be back online!  We had a bad storm Thursday night and our ISP was out for two days due to tower issues.
