Having spent a lot of time going through depression please go and get some help as soon as you can. You can beat this and it is amazing how much better life feels on the other side.

I agree with Alex: please go get some help - I was diagnosed with depression and anxiety a while back and I am under treatment right now. The treatment is working so far so if it can help me, it can help you too.

i have an inner debate going. the next time my husband doesn't listen to me and ends up with poison ivy, do i leave until he's better, or do i just gag him to stop the whining?

I tried to do some work with a carpenter today or yesterday (June 2nd) and I think I had a case of heat exhaustion. I felt delirious, nauseous, couldn't focus.
