They are comfy enough to wear for a bit. I highly recommend that everyone who is interested in feeling hugged by clothing should try one out.

I wore one when I was volunteering as an historical interpreter (circa 1840s) at a steamboat festival, and I cannot see how anyone in times past ever got used to the styles worn in the 19th century. I like movement and that thing was restrictive, so I asked if I could take it off and they said do what you like, you're a volunteer. I thought, oh...

It did give me perfect posture!

Maybe it's because I'm sorta kinky, but the restriction corsets give is a thrill.

Best of luck with the interview. Knock 'em dead.

Well not literally, 'cos then they won't be able to pay you, but you know what I mean.

A lot of people blame Yoko Ono for the Breakup of The Beatles because she was an annoying presence around the studio during The White Album & prevented a Beatles reunion after they all moved to America, but I'm starting to think it was really Linda Eastman...

I mean, when ya think about it, Paul was always trying to get his new inlaws to take over the financial & business end of whatever The Beatles were doing, & as I understand, was the first to quit the group, and just like John & Yoko were always at the hip, Linda always had some part of Paul's career, being a member of wings, or whatever band he had at the time....

Of course, no one's going to look down on 'The Clean Beatle", the one that's still alive, the one that went on to become a knight or a lord or something...
No, they're still going to save all that for the one who was first to get a divorce & remarry outside his race at a time when it was immoral...

Thoughts are outside your control, actions are within your control. If you have a thought you know is wrong identify it and condemn it. When I have a stupid thought I actually slap myself (lightly) to remind myself who's in control.

Most recent California wildfires...

The little people are dying, while rich celebrities who run around telling everybody what to believe in, what to think, how to vote, are losing their homes...

Is it wrong that I've got Disco Inferno by The Trammps stuck in my head?

I just drove to town and back in a vehicle with no heater, on a 30 degree evening with a blustery north wind, wearing shorts, a T-shirt, and house shoes - because sometimes you have to show that darned cold front who's boss!

Besides, we were out of Diet Dr. Pepper.

Dr Pepper is nice but hella expensive here: ZAR20 (about $2) for a can!

We live in a culture in which men self-identify as women, and women self-identify as men, and whites self-identify as blacks (and Michael Jackson self-identified as all of the above), so five and a half weeks before my fortieth birthday I've decided to self-identify as a twenty-five-year-old.  Sound good?
