Amazon's got Deus Ex Human Revolution for $30 today so I had to pick that up.  Can't pass up a bargain you know   Smile

EDIT:  Ordered Bayonetta and Vanquish for $17 each.  Can't pass that up either!

Now if I don't buy another game until 2013, maybe I can finish all these.

Ordered this for twelve bucks including shipping:

Ordered it from a "just launched" seller on Amazon, so hopefully I'll actually get it lol.  I could either get it in "like new" condition form this guy for $12, or the next cheapest one, from a well-established seller, was $16.50 in "good" condition.  Eh, what's life without a little risk, right?   Smile

The kids got a Wii from Santa, so we have had picked up a few games.  I don't get to play them very much, but the following are two really fun ones.

Raving Rabbids Collection
Rabbids are anthropomorphic rabbits that scream.  This has a twisted and fun sense of humor.  The TV party is good for multiple players, with some funny games.  I enjoy the first person shooter mini-games where you have to use plungers to shoot the rabbids that are out of place in movies.  There are rabbids wearing chicken outfits in a zombie movie and rabbids wearing alpine climber outfits in an aliens infesting a spaceship movie.  The dance contests are also pretty fun.

de Blob 2
This is a great game.  It's set in a world where Comrade Black has drained all of the color from everything.  You are a freedom fighter who is a blob.  You get to roll around, jump in pools of paint (or jump on robots that are filled with the color they sucked out of something) and then repaint the town.  When you start, each level (town) is drab and dreary.  By the time you finish the different challenges the whole town is alive with color, music, and dancing citizens.

Ordered this:

Seems that the general consensus is that it's not very good, but it's always looked interesting to me.  And it was only twelve bucks.

Ordered this:

Didn't really interest me too much when it first came out, but after watching some more videos of it I think it might be good.  And it was only $25.

Recently bought an XBox360.

Seeing as it's becoming hard to find PS2 and N64 Games that interest me secondhand, and I rarely play Wii, I needed a new system.

For the 360, I bought:
NHL '12
Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe
Mortal Kombat 2011
Batman: Arkham City
Sega Genises: The Mega Collection (40 or so Sega games on one disc)
Marvel vs. Capcom 3

There's another but I forget what it is.

Conquest of the New World
Freespace 2
Fallout 2
Fallout Tactics

GOG had some fair sales on Interplay games a couple of weeks ago.

Also, Total War Shogun.  Have upgraded my computer after many years and am rather happy and rediscovering my love for RTS games.

Well my most recent console game purchase was Gran Turismo 5 XL.  I didn't have a PS3 yet.  The reason I purchased it was because it was on sale and I am an avid player of the Gran Turismo series,

Yesterday, I got a little bonus from work, so I used that to buy me a PS3 slim with a 320 GB HD.

My next PS3 game purchase will be L.A Noire.

After that is another game by Rockstar Games which isn't yet released.  Grand Theft Auto 5.

For the PC, I plan to get Diablo 3 which is scheduled for release later this month.

I found an old copy of WCW/NWO: Revenge for the N64, for $2.99.

Played that today.

Personally, this is in my top five favorite games of all time.  Still regularly play it.

Ordered Gran Turismo 5 XL.  Traded in my copy of GT5 a long time ago, but like most racing games, I get a hankering to play it again every once in a while.  And this edition comes with all the DLC released up to now, and I think you get a voucher for the next year's worth of DLC too.  Meh, for $40 I couldn't resist.

Edit:  No I guess you don't get the next year's worth of DLC.  Oh well.  I've only got about another 150 hours worth of monotonous grinding to do on that game and the platinum will be mine   BounceGiggle
