Hey everyone!  I'm looking for a movie that I want to say was made in the late 80s, early 90s.  Main character is a man that doesn't sleep one night and witnesses a group of, I believe, aliens, dressed in black, that change surroundings  and people's lives.  When people wake up, they don't remember their lives at all and assume this new identity...  I thought it was called clockstoppers or clock something, but i can't find anything on the internet!  Help?

Very possibly "Dark City" (circa 1998) with Kiefer Sutherland and Bruce Spence.

It is without a doubt Dark City, Alex Proya's best film.

A bald man named Savalas visited me last night in a dream.  I think it was a Telly vision.

OH Thank you so much!  It was killing me that I couldn't remember the name.  Yes, it is Dark City and I agree, great movie.

I wasn't a big fan of "Dark City," but I may give it a second go once the director's cut DVD comes out.
