Not to sound rude, but... are you kidding me?  IMDb has a massive archive of Taiwanese films from 1991.

Anyways...

Hint #2: This film is pretty well-known.  Criterion has stated that they would like to release this film on DVD, but that several legal issues have prevented the release.
