I'm a true believer in the idea that you can tell much more from a company by judging how it deals with MISTAKES than you can by watching business going smoothly. I ordered a couple of t-shirts from fright-rags.com, and was amazed how they took care of a mistake on their part. They sent me a shirt that was the wrong size, and they sent the replacement the next day or so, along with a mailer to return the incorrect shirt in. I've had places try and stick me with the return shipping, or require receipt of the wrong item before they will sent the correct one, not this place though, they did me well. These shirts take a while to print, so they must have rushed the re-print because I got it right after the first one. I'm petty impressed, nice shirts also.
