So, I used to be active on this board about a year back, and you guys are probably the best bunch I've participated with in a long time. From my experience, you aren't weighed down with a bunch of smack talkers or pompous ass cyber bullies. With that said, it pains me to not be able to discuss my extensive bad movie knowledge with all of you on a regular basis, and it pains me further that my first post in about a year is to promote something. Anyway...

I am on the planning board for the Ballston Spa Film Festival, and we are in need of films. Seeing as you lot are a pack of incurable movie fanatics, I am sure that there are a wide range of filmmakers among you. Since you are also on this board, I would assume that if you are a filmmaker, whatever you'd churn out would be something that I would be excited to see.

I assure you that we are a legit festival. If you are interested in submitting a film you can find more information on our website www.bspafilm.com. We also have a MySpace page that you can access through the website or look for us under Ballston Spa Film Festival.

By the way,

If any of you are fans of Chris Cornell (or just a huge Soundgarden fan like me), do yourself a favor and do not torture yourself by listening to either of his new songs. It will make your soul sad.

Earth is visited by a GIANT ANTIMATTER SPACE BUZZARD! Gawk at the amazingly bad bird puppet, or chuckle over the silly dialog. This is one of the greatest b-movies ever made.
