This link:

seems to cover movies that contain robots, some killer robots and some those sex toy robots.  I think the list is missing a few.  I personally could not find the Peter Cushing Dr Who Movies where the Daleks invaded earth.

See what movies you think are missing.

I just stubbled accross it one day doing a search for robot information.

Seven years on MacGyver and you cannot figure this out? We got belt buckles, shoe laces, and a piece of gum. Build a nuclear reactor for crying out loud.  You used to be MacGyver, MacGadget, MacGimmick, and now you are now 'Mr. MacUseless'.

Daleks aren't robots.
They're mutants who operate inside a metal shell.

I think its quite cool that Galaxina (1980) looked similar to Alfonso Brescia's "War of the Robots"
