In the first 15 minutes you get a shootout, a sex scene and a car chase. Okay, you've piqued my interest Hologram Man. Now wheres the hologram man? DOn't worry, eventually he shows up in his Tron tastic glory. so does the dad from "Good Times" and Larry from the "I'm Larry this is Daryll this is my other brother Daryll" guys on Newhart. There is just that one sex scene here but at least a half dozen or more gun fights and plenty of explosions and bodies flying and so forth. With the exception of something like "They LIve" these straight to video/ cable action things usually range from a thin plot to a really really thin plot and I guess this is closer to the former. I did a bit of fast forwarding but not alot. There is a fair amount of dumb humor amidst the rote dialogue and cliche but good theme of government and the terrorist/ criminals both just wanting power over people and the hero is like all aware of that. Both of the male leads have long hair and big muscles. The hero has a totally superflous partner who looks like Hillary CLinton, (who is herself kind of superflous these days I think) and there is a Hologram finale. a hologranale 4/5

Having both a hero and a villain look and act like Lorenzo Lamas was probably not a good idea.
