At the MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift won best female video, or something like that.  When she went up to give her speech, Kanye West came out of nowhere and interrupted her, saying, "Yo, Taylor, Imma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time."  Beyonce was also nominated in that area.  I can't remember if there was more to his spiel, but it threw Swift way off.  She didn't even give her speech; she just sat there mouth agape and walked off the stage.

I never watch MTV (All their shows never interest me) and I don't watch their award shows (Especially now that Twilight won Best Movie in this year's Movie Award beating The Dark Knight, Iron Man, and Slumdog Millionare).  For the first time, I kind wish I did see the Music Awards just to see this happen live.
