I am trying to remember this movie i seen way back in late 70s/early 80s. I dont have many details but I remember it was set in a jungle or on and island. There were cannibals and a lot of naked girls running around being hacked up and the thing that set it apart from other movies of this genre was it had a giant in it. I remember it was in a cage or some sort of prison and it kept opening a little hatch and sticking its head out. For some reason I remember the giant looking like Richard Kiel most remember from Happy Gilmore. But like I said this was a loong time ago and I was young. Its been driving me crazy every since Ive been watching some old exploitation movies and such making me remember this movie.

Could it be Xing xing wang (1977)?  The Plot summery makes it sound like it is what your looking for.

Cut and Run could be it. Are there a lot of natives in it butchering women? Also is there a giant in it? I guess I need to check this one out. Thanks for the input.....

Been a while since I've seen it but it does have quasi-cannibal tribes (it was made by Deodato who made Cannibal Holocaust) and it has Michael Berryman (from the original Hills Have Eyes).
