80s or early 90's b-film..?

Im trying to find a title of a movie that was a b movie. i saw it around 1996 but it was older and was on HBO. The movie wasnt a porn but i remember that the aliens gave the guy like a crazy libido or something. he is like walking around in the movie in a roman costume and when he sees women he has to have sex with them but it for sure wasnt porno. i think he owned a strip club.

thats the one thanks man that movie is so funny. i showed a clip to my wife and she is interested in seeing it now. Now for the tricky part, finding it.
