This is Joe D'Matto's follow up to Anthropophagus, which features George Eastman, who was also the titular monster from Anthropophagus.
Although it's not saying much, I have to say I liked this better than Anthropophagus. Mainly because there were a few more gruesome money-shots in this one. The story still doesn't make much sense, the acting is bland, and at one point you wonder if this was partially presented by NFL films (It makes more sense when you watch it.)
This movie's a little harder to find, but if you can get it cheap, it's a great addition to a collection of cheesy movies with gratuitous bloodshed, and little kids with bad perms.
