I finally gave in last night and watched it. I didn't puke or anything but yeah, it was pretty gross.
I feel like the last person on earth to have seen this though, after going through countless reaction videos on youtube. Here is a fave:

I haven't watched it nor do I know where to find it.  Nor do I want to find it although I've seen enough scat pictures before to cure me.

I read it was put out by a Brazilian filmmaker.  Brazil seems to be the center for shock films lately.  A buddy of mine showed me some other Brazilian stuff.  One in particular was farting porn.  I had never been so puzzled.
