Bad Movies Fame or Shame game

I starting to not understand this, hall of fame for a bad movie, as well as hall of shame for one as well, right.
So a movie that's not bad enough to go into either just stays on the list for eternity?

Let me better articulate my confusion, Manos certainly is a movie that is deserving enough to be on both lists; it's memorably bad and
it's certainly one of the worst movies of all time. So what are you to do with it?

This poll is all about your own personal taste and preference. But if you think Manos still deserves to be in the Hall of Fame for whatever reason then give it your vote. If its not one of your personal favorite bad movies despite it's status then give it the boot. Simply as that  

Yep, there are no rules, it's all personal response to the films.  I think MANOS is so jaw-droppingly bad that it deserves to be in a bad movies Hall of Fame, so I'm voting for it.  I think that MONSTER A GO-GO is so jaw-droppingly boring that all memory of it should be erased from the face of the earth, so I'm killing it.  It's entirely a personal preference thing; I can't really defend MANOS as a "great" movie compared to MONSTER.  But I know which one I'd like to watch again and which one I never want to see again.
