You can never go wrong with the "Critters" series. All of them are awesomely cheesy. I strongly recommend the first two. Check out the third one if you want (it may be a weaker entry, but it's still entertaining). The 4th one isn't bad either, but it's no doubt the weakest one in the series.

Nothing wrong with Tremors at all. It fits the bill. Here are some less-obvious offerings:

Don't Be Afraid of the Dark (1973) - lots of little monsters.
Inframan (1975) - a martial arts superhero film from China that has monsters that, for some reason, know kung-fu.

You really need to see Them!. Great story, corny but not too corny. It's a time capsule in itself. Them! has a good bit of Cold War nuclear paranoia in it.
