Right now all my underwear is depressingly mundane. Just gray or black solid color boxer briefs.
My favorite pair of underwear of all time was a pair of green plaid cotton boxers. Mainly my favorite because the extraordinarily beautiful woman I was dating at the time borrowed them a few times, and they looked fantastic on her.

I used to have a pair of black and orange tiger-striped silk boxers that I loved. After they developed a rip in them, I took the elastic and used it to hold my eyeglasses on during intramural basketball games. I made sure to leave two large, irregularly shaped pieces of fabric on them that hung over my ears.
Those would definitely be my all time favorite undies. Just wish I had taken pictures of me hooping in them.
