worrying.
When I'm worried I try to put the situation into one of three categories. If it's something I can fix, I try to concentrate on how I can fix it, so the worry will go away. If it's something that I can't fix but it will eventually go away, I try to concentrate on the time beyond the problem, when the thing that has me worried is gone. And if I can't fix it and it isn't going away, I try to put it out of my mind and go on with life. Good luck to you. |
