I know very little of Garvin.  Only seen her for a little while, and the little I've seen I didn't like too much.  I've voted mostly for ECW people, but I can't see saving Francine.  I respect that she took bumps in an extreme promotion, but I loved the characters of Ellering, Hart and Humperdink, so I gotta go for them first.

I know Precious from Canadian International Wrestling where she was the heel valet manager for Gorgeous Jimmy & Ronnie Garvin who had a bitter feud with the Rougeau Brothers after the Garvins attacked thier famous father and their younger brother. Precious was know to spray perfume in her men's opponents eyes to gain them an advantage or to position herself in such a fashion so that opponents couldn't get at the Garvins without doing something to her and she'd threaten them with potential lawsuits if they dared. She came across as a pretty smart cookie. She was never used quite as effectively in the NWA as a face valet for Garvin.
