No, I'm not talking about The Wall here.

I'm on a Pink Floyd kick lately, as can be witnessed in my other thread in Off Topic.

Pink Floyd provided music or scoring for three very obscure films in the years of 1968-69: a British indy film calledThe Committee, and two French films, More, and La Valeee(The Valley), both directed by Barbet Schroeder, who would later makes such films as Barfly andSingle White Female. Has anyone here ever seen and of these films? They seem awfully obscure and hard to find. Odds are they are experimental psychedelic 60's films that are debatably entertaining, but I'm curious, being a Pink Floyd fan.

Flick, I don't know if you know this, but the SA Censor Board banned The Wall outright after striking and rioting scholars used the "we don't need no education" line from that album as their protest cry.  Buggedout

About the Committee, maybe it's this one?

More: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0064694/
La Valeee (The Valley): http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0069451/

You're right, they are pretty hard to find, even in the net for download.

Does syncing up Darkside of the Moon with The Wizard of Oz  count?

At least, that's what Gary Busey told me...

I saw this public domain Kung Fu movie where they used a sample from Echoes (obviously without permission).

I tried that once. Didn't see much going on. Maybe the munchkins dancing nearly in perfect tempo to Money, but not much else.

Depends really on what state of mind you're in.  Wink
