Comedy, maybe from the late 80's/90's???

I remember watching this movie, about 6 years ago or maybe more.
It was something like half cartoon, half real actors movi, like Space Jam for an example.
There was a man scetching cartoon that came to life or something like that, and he lives in their world.
Any help is appreciated.
