Energy drinks are basically sugar water with fruit flavourings.

You guys know they're a con, right ?

Cold pizza.

Uh.. okay, that's only good when I fix pizza the night before, and usually when I do that, there's none left over.  :)

Not FRS.
FRS is HUGE on all kinds of vitamins.  It's not a caffeine overload.  I remember working with strep throat once.  Chugged FRS and felt the effects immediately.  Good stuff.

String cheese a common component in my packed lunches.

Also, I've recently embraced apple slices dipped in peanut butter. Tasty.

Sometimes I will grill up some boneless chicken breasts during the weekend on the barbeque, enough for a couple of dinners and lunches over the week. I often will pack up a cooked chicken breast to heat up in the micro, along with flatbread and hummus. This makes a tasty and very satisfying lunch.

my favorite of the list is the first.  Twirling

I'm not a good person to ask on this one because my interns always make fun of my lunch. So what's wrong with me packing a stack of cold cut sandwiches back into the bread bag, 5 apples, and 5 cheese sticks every single week? I eat with one hand while working on science with the other so I need items that can be balanced delicately. Could be worse, my coworker for some reason is on an "antioxidant" kick and eats nothing but blueberries (no, for real, just a huge freaking bowl of blueberries every single day, kindof creepy actually since he's blue around the mouth for the rest of the day).

Can you use a fridge at work?

I really like this fake peanut butter called Better N' Peanut Butter!  It's made with peanuts and tapioca and stuff and tastes like peanut butter only it's a bit sweeter and gooier, but you have to refrigerate it.  It's only got 100 cals and 2gs of fat per serving.  It's not necessarily health food, but if you're trying to cut down calories and love peanut butter, it might be a good alternative.

Some of my other lunch favs:
English Muffins and honey
Raisin Bread
Banana Bread oatmeal (if you can find it, I think those F-ers at Quaker discontinued it)
Cereal
Tomato soup

that's all I got.

Found this article:

Best Foods to Include in Lunch Boxes

Fruit: Fresh Fruit or Dried Fruit.
Tip: Pack fruit that is easy to eat, such as berries, melon balls or grapes. You can also try a small container with mixed fruit salad.

Vegetables: Veggie sticks with some dressing to dip into, such as low fat ranch. Small container of mixed veggies.

Dairy: String cheese, cubed cheese, small cheese packages, and yogurt cups. Small container of reduced fat milk beverage (long life type).

Breads: Whole grain sandwich bread, bagel, flour tortilla, English muffin, whole grain crackers, pita bread.

Fillings: Cheese, tuna, turkey ham, baked black beans, peanut butter, lettuce, avocado, tomato.
Tip: Place sliced tomato between meat, cheese or lettuce, not next to the bread. This will keep it from getting soggy.
If adding avocado, drizzle with a little lemon to prevent it from turning brown.

Cereal Bars: Low fat, high fiber breakfast bars or a small container with high fiber cereal, or high fiber oatmeal cookies.
