Boy thats big order. I have to review ALL these films?
Gee-most of them are classics. What can I say that hasnt been said already?
Except the GREAT MUPPET CAPER.
I dont get why thats here.
Thats me-I reckon.
Of the films listed I would put SONS OF THE DESERT with Stan and Ollie 1st.-and MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL 2nd.
I love the totally ridicoulous. I think the Pythons were big fans of the old timers-who were the best. Laurel and Hardy, the 3 Stooges(my favorites),Harold Llyod,Buster Keaton-great.
Aint a big fan of Chaplin-I dunno.

"Supernatural?...perhaps. Baloney?...Perhaps not!" Bela Lugosi-the BLACK CAT (1934)
Interviewer-"Does Dracula ever end for you?
Lugosi-"No. Dracula-never ends."

Because the Great Muppet Caper is Effin' Awesome.
Way too many kockroach, so I cherry picked a few.
Gremlins 2: So irrelevant and silly, perftect for Dante's sensibilities
Monsieur Verdoux: a strange experiment for chaplin it had kind of a haunting vibe. Been forever since I've seen it.
Duck Soup / Night at the Opera: Both just comic bliss and as funny now as they were then.
Heavy Traffic - some truely surreal bits and interesting commentary but it rambles on a bit too much, still better than Fritz the Cat.
Monty Python and the Holy Grail - You have to envy people that get to watch this for the first time. So many hilarious scenes and quotes.

some of my faves
Robocop
Brazil
Alien
Monty Python's Meaning of Life
The Right Stuff

Alien: Beats the beloved sequel with haunting, uncomforting, enclosed atmosphere, Jerry Goldsmith's score, and Jonesy the cat.
I haven't seen the rest on the list, and I'll make this one shorter by just making my ten top favorites (I didn't think that many people would've seen most of the movies on my favorites list).
Harry & Tonto (1974)
Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990)
Will Success Spoil Rock Hunter (1957)
Duck Soup (1933)
Blazing Saddles (1974)
Dumbo (1941)
Sons of the Desert (1933)
Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1975)
Psycho (1960)
To Be or Not to Be (1942)

Sorry to see MONSIEUR VERDOUX didn't make the "short list".  I am a fan of CHAPLIN.
HARRY AND TONTO is a wonderful, touching character study.
GREMLINS 2 not as good as the original, but worthy, and perhaps, funnier.
DUCK SOUP a masterpiece
BLAZING SADDLES Love it, lo-uh-ove it!
DUMBO Great movie, but PINOCCHIO is DISNEY's best (and your long list had my own favorite: ALICE IN WONDERLAND)
SONS OF THE DESERT Don't remember it, it's been so long.
MONTY PYTHON AND THE HOLY GRAIL  They're always good, but I think LIFE OF BRIAN is their best (or MEANING OF LIFE).
PSYCHO Not my favorite HITCHCOCK, but it is a great film, an important film, perhaps HITCHCOCK's best and a masterpiece (with maybe the greatest film score ever written).
TO BE OR NOT TO BE The more I look at this film, the funnier I find it.  It's a gem.  "Heil... myself."
