Are there any other movies out there like The Horror At Party Beach or Bikini Girls And The Monster?
Beaches, bikinis, speedos, surf music, go-go dancing, sea creatures, and all around cheesiness?

I have not seen it so I can't comment on whether it is enjoyable but there is a movie called Monster Beach Party that would probably fit those criteria.  Only difference is it is a newer movie and not a classic beach movie

Blood Beach hits some of those criteria..might not be exactly what you're after (and I expect you've probably seen it lol)

You might enjoy Ghost in the Invisible Bikini and Ghost of Dragstrip Hallow...and well probably most of the old Beach Party from the 60s too (especially fun is Pajama Party IMO).

those Dr.Goldfoot movies were on ThisTV not long ago.  I DVR'd them, but haven't watched them yet.
