What it sez on the tin, folks. I myself couldn't help but do a top 15, but you don't have to follow suit.
Also, I love a lot of the Disney package features, I just can't really count and judge them as whole films, I just judge the segments as individual shorts. Thus...

15. Little Mermaid
14. Fantasia
13. Coonskin
12. Allegro Non Troppo
11. Heavy Traffic
10. Lady and the Tramp
9. Jungle Book
8. Pinocchio
7. Snow White and the Seven Dwarves
6. Cinderella
5. Peter Pan
4. 101 Dalmatians
3. Bambi
2. Alice in Wonderland
1. Dumbo

Spirited Away

I have not seen any other animated film since I was a kid, thus I can't really remember it well

15 titles in no particular order:

FANTASIA
WALTZ WITH BASHIR
THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
THE SECRET OF KELLS (this should not be overlooked if you're an animation fan---seek it out, thank me later)
WHO FRAMED ROGER RABBIT?
AKIRA
PAPRIKA
WAKING LIFE
TOY STORY 3
BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
SNOW WHITE AND THE SEVEN DWARFS (interesting that everyone now misspells "dwarfs"---thanks to Tolkien!)
