Every band for the past 20 years. Nirvana included.
I don't have much good to say about the 80s either.
The Beatles, Sgt. Pepper's and forward.
Pink Floyd.
Metallica. Not even the Cliff stuff.
U2.
Led Zeppelin, to a point. I enjoy them, but I don't seem to get the mind blowing experience out of them that everyone else does.

Jello Biafra said in the 80's that  music you hear on the radio is the equivelent (I cant spell that f**king word!) of Bing Crosby elevator music.

Jello Biafra's got no room to talk about music. The Dead Kennedys were a terrible band.

Eric Clapton.  I love bluesy guitar, he's supposed to be the "god" of bluesy rock guitar.  His music does absolutely nothing for me.  Oh some of the stuff with Cream was good, but his solo stuff leaves me completely unmoved.

"God" of bluesy rock guitar my aching ass. Hendrix, SRV, and Johnny Winter have far better claims to that throne than Clapton's ever had post-Are You Experienced.

Hmmmm......
Deicide
Cannibal Corpse
Pantera
all that "metalcore" s**t
I kinda hate to say this, but I only like a couple of Joy Division's songs, the rest just seem like filler to me.
Love and Rockets
Korn and Limp Bizkit - I'm glad that s**t is pretty much dead.
Suffocation
Cryptopsy
Cynic
Dream Theatre (so pretentious)
Pretty much any br00tal death metal (see: Mortician)
The entire local music scene in Cape Breton is pathetic.  Hatred
Nine Inch Nails (Trent Reznor is the Prince of industrial music and I don't mean that as a compliment)
Ministry (Twitch era reminds me of weak Skinny Puppy, then they got metal, which is even worse)
I despise all the pop-punk that was big years ago.
I also despise all pop music released in the past 10 years (at least)
Nickleback (that one's a given)
Pearl Jam
Creed
AHD is gonna hate me for this, but I think the majority of 60s music is worthless (exceptions: Stooges, MC5, Blue Cheer)

You might be right, except, I'd never hate anybody for having an opinion.

agree with you here. If all their songs sounded like 'Love Will Tear Us Apart' I would probably be a big fan, but nearly all their songs sound to me like some drunk guy mumbling and wailing while a garage band tunes up in a cellar!

Dream Theatre (so pretentious)
same problem for me. also they can do loads of ultra-complex stuff rhythmically...but musically they are really generic and safe. Always the same metal chord progressions or soppy power ballad tunes

Pearl Jam
I have tried and failed to listen to more than 3 tracks on 'Ten' and I can't do it. which is weird cause I really like a lot grunge. can't put my finger on why I dislike them so much...

can't agree with you on Pantera though... love them. Smile

I personally have no clue how Sirius XM dedicates a channel to their music.

The band I could never 'get into' was The Beatles: I tried out as their drummer but Mr Epstein said I would be better at drumming on garbage cans in back alleys......  Wink Wink

Me either. I think I would prefer to hear the drumming on garbage cans.

Queen have a fair amount of songs I really like, and nearly all of them are the 'famous' ones. Also no matter how many times I hear it or how over-played it is, I seriously think Bohemian Rhapsody might be the greatest song ever written.  Buggedout

BUT... their studio albums are very patchy. the famous tracks are famous for a reason IMO.
