This movie cannot be made after 2002. There was a man literally sewed up from dead people (about 80 different persons were used, was said in the movie) skin, he had a long hair, and he was living in some sort of a hospital, EVERYTHING around him was white. A guy-frankenstein was sad or something all the time. It was sci-fi (drama?), not a horror film.
