So I bought a pizza and 2 liter soda for 94 cents last night. I had a coupon where if I bought anything up to $20 all I had to pay was the sales tax. I got a 2-liter Pepsi and a ginormous pizza for 94 cents.

Years ago, there was a bar in the Boston area that gave you a free small cheese pizza every time you ordered a pitcher of beer.  I only went there once and I don't remember where the place was or even if it still exists.  I just remember giving our pizzas away to other people toward the end of the night because we couldn't eat anymore.  I'm not saying the pizzas were particularly good (probably frozen), but the price was right.
