Do you ever just have a brain fart? Well, I did, and it lasted a very long time.

I've had Netflix for about 2 years now. I've been an MST3K fan since the original Comedy Central airings. I think I discovered it around '90 or '91. For some reason, I just kind of assumed that MST3K wasn't an option for me other than tracking down and purchasing anthology sets or something. It never even dawned on me to search Netflix. I'm now realizing the many, many hours of cheesefest bliss I've missed out on because so many are available for streaming. I'm sure it's even been said many times on the forums here, but for some reason has just gone unacknowledged in my brain.

Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to have finally done the simple math and discovered the bliss that awaits. I just feel like such a dumbs**t that I didn't already know this.

I once accidentally grabbed the Night of the Demons remake. I forgot to look on the back to check what year it was, so I could make sure it was the original. I only discovered my mistake as I hit the play button.

I make it a point to try foods I've never tried.

So I was at a buffet where they offered chicken feet. Now, the entire point of eating chicken feet is much like ordering the extra crispy version of KFC. It's all about the skin. If you like chicken skin, and who doesn't, chicken feet are the sine qua non.

I didn't know that. So I threw the entire chicken foot in my mouth and started chewing. It was one of the worst things I've ever eaten. The reason it was so bad is because I was only meant to enjoy the deep fried skin. My dumb ass ate the entire thing. Basically, I started chewing chicken bones, which is as awful as it sounds. I chewed until they were palatable enough to swallow.

Days later, I looked up how you were supposed to eat them. I felt like such an idiot. I have no defense, that was just me being stupid.

After reading that comment, I was left wondering exactly which part of your body admits food.  Wink

I discovered the wonders of MST3K's RED ZONE CUBA on Netflix streaming . . .

I just realized I've had movies from Netflix sitting here for over a month and haven't watched them.
