I can think of this song:
"Foxtrot Uniform Charlie Kilo", by the Bloodhound Gang.  The first letter of each words spells out a specific word, and it got banned from radio because each line of the song is, essentially, a thinly veiled reference of 'putting the penis, into the vagina."  It got some play, however, on MTV, because the video stars Bam Margera, known for the MTV series' "Jackass", "Viva La Bam" and "Bam's Unholy Matrimony."

There's a welsh band called Desecration who have had nearly all their albums banned and have been threatened by court orders to stop making music altogether. They make Cannibal Corpse look like The Carpenters.

Not sure whether to post a link, as it probably falls under "NOT SAFE FOR ANYTHING".
