The man is just WRONG.  Desires may be innate, but behavior is CHOSEN.
Otherwise, no one on earth is responsible for ANYTHING they do, ever, and we can close down all jails tomorrow.

I agree. I see he's tried to 'walk back' his comments saying that he was taken out of context but I'd prefer it if someone punched this stupid idiot in the chops.
