I think I saw this one on late night TV, in the early 90's. A woman is in a shop owned by another woman with a weird face. They are talking about a mask the shop owner is selling. The lady ends up buying the mask and ends up looking like a completely different, beautiful woman. Bad things start to happen (I think) and the woman goes back the shop to discover the woman who she bought the mask from now has the customer's original face. The customer is trying to convince someone she is the real person and wants to take the mask off but can't. In the end, she ends up pulling her face off, disfiguring herself. The shop owner tells her the only way to look normal again is to sell the mask, the one she just pulled off her face.

The movie you describe sounds a lot more sinister than a Goosebumps episode, but there some similarities to "The Haunted Mask".  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0591374/

Throwing it out there just in case...

What are you afraid of? It's only rock n' roll.

I feel like this is most certainly a Tales From The Crypt/Tales from The Darkside/Monsters episode.

I feel like this is most certainly a Tales From The Crypt/Tales from The Darkside/Monsters episode.

That's what I'm thinking too. I've seen something like this one before, and it was on TV.

I also think it may have been tales from the darkside but haven't been able to find anything...
