From Norway;
A 10-year-old Norwegian boy stole his parents' car, got caught and pretended to be a dwarf who'd forgotten his driver's licence.
The boy, who lives 110 km outside Oslo, nabbed the car, loaded his 18-month-old sister into it, and set off for his grandparents' house 60 km away, the Independent reports.
But 10 km in, he veered off the road into a ditch. He and his sister were unharmed. A snowplow driver saw him and alerted police.
"The boy told the snowplow driver that he was a dwarf and that he had forgotten his driver's licence at home," Baard Christiansen, a spokesman for the Vest Oppland police district, told the paper.
