The Florida must be
rubbing off on Georgia;
Police said a man entered the restaurant around 5:30 p.m., armed with a pitchfork.
The suspect herded the employees into the stockroom with the pitchfork and then attempted to open the cash register.
When he was unable to do so, he picked up the cash register and left the restaurant.
As he was leaving the parking lot, he tripped and dropped the pitchfork.
Two comments. Actually, three comments.
Too too funny. Though, I imagine it was not funny at the time for any of the employees who were there.
At least he kept hold of what was important: the cash register. Though, if he had dropped the cash register, either accidentally or on purpose, it might have opened up right there in the parking lot.
And at least he didn't enter with intent to rob with a big steaming pile of . . . shaving cream!
